You can use any status moves on Prankster Pokemon. The only thing they changed is that Dark-types block Prankster-boosted moves, so if Grimmsnarl tries to Taunt a Dark-type, or Klefki tries to Defog on a Dark-type the moves do nothing.

Prankster doesn't make the Pokémon immune to status moves. Dark-types are immune to status moves used BY Prankster Pokémon. You could've Toxic'd that Grimmsnarl just as long as you weren't trying to do so with something that has Prankster itself.

I suggest "Wheel of Pseudo Legendary Pokemon" so all Pokemon that have base 600 BST and 3-Evo line like Tyranitar, Metagross, Dragapult etc. And since there's only nine, add some Pokemon that are commonly mistaken as legendaries like Rotom (which uses the legendary battle theme in Diamond/Pearl), Haxorus and Volcarona which are often mistaken as Pseudo Legendary Pokemon and Slaking which has legendary stats but is worse than Pikachu.
