FYI, resort credit at MGM properties can be used at any MGM property. Doesn't have to be used where you are staying, could charge the MGM buffet to your room at the Excalibur

Good overall review. Was a bit underwhelming on the selection I'd agree (from afar). Glad some of the things were well above average and nothing seemed inedible. Two decimal places gives you room to be more exact with your rankings as you do more of these. Convenience and Resort Credit being the main driving factors, seems like a reasonable option.

Solid overview Rice. You very likely know all this as a Utuber, but there are quite a few channels that cover food options (buffets, cheap eats, best pizza, best steakhouse, etc.) and it appears they eat for free in exchange for the YT review and promotion. Personally, I'm more interested in poker player inexpensive options, like your tip on the all-night menu at South Point and the menu/pricing at Gila. Still, good info and interesting to watch lifestyle content. 👍

You can charge any buffet from any property to your room. Couldve gotten like Luxor or bellagio and charged it to your Excalibur room.

Eventually. I went there this year and didn't film. It's not a place I go multiple times per year. Very expensive.

definitely not the buffet to end all buffets. The best buffet in Vegas is the Wynn. The second best was Aria until they closed down

Good review rice-man! I guess you could have mentioned the service, (yea, I know it's a buffet), but there are some human interactions while arriving, paying, seating, and usually somebody getting your drinks, and at the carving station. Do you/did you leave a tip? Also, have you been to the Southpoint buffet? I hear it's really good for the price. When I went to the poker room there it was just before the brunch buffet and the line was like 50 people waiting to get in!

You get your own drinks almost everywhere nowadays. -- SP is very popular. I got there for the 7:00am buffet once at 6:30 and was already 4th in line.

Caesars for selection and quality. MGM when you factor in price. I haven't been to the buffet at Palms or Cosmo. I hear both are very good.

I wonder if they deep fried or baked those drumsticks. They can come out good either way if done properly. Overall everything looked pretty meh. Great review tho

I’ve got to say 50% of this just doesn’t look appetising. I’d rather spend the $30 on an overpriced burger/pizza/takeaway. Was it busy? Some of those dishes look like they’ve been sat there for an hour.

I just have this like discust and distain for Excalibur like I would never go there I would never set foot there I have not ever been there in 20 years of going to Vegas except literally one time I think. ACE buffets at Palms that looks like cafeteria food

Been in literally every other casino 100 times probably literally 100 Mandalay Bay or Southpoint or the other casinos on the edges of town no but every casino that you would name as popular I've been to 100 times Excalibur zero
