i dealt to shawn at the 2023 WSOP. He was playing Johnny Chans 600-1200 mix game. He looked depressed, hadn't shaved in weeks, and looked like a shell of the man he used to. Feel bad for him.

His life is basically over.. 4 years in jail, he’ll be 60 with a record, probation, etc. screwed

He'll be fine, he has money and/or a way to get money. The record doesn't matter because he is never looking to be employed. A guy convicted of fraud is a secret asset. He still has a few million that will gain interest. It will be a sucky 4 years though. It'd be tough for a guy living a lavished lifestyle to go to prison. His charge wasn't morally unacceptable, so he'll still have respect. Not sure at his age, and healthy financial situation, why he'd risk prison time. Due to his circumstances, he got off pretty light. He was basically moving crazy amounts of weed.
