Currently collecting neo discovery and surging sparks so completely different ends of the timeline and I think for vintage sets, definitely buy singles but for the newer sets there is nothing better than opening up packs and enjoying the experience!!

Hidden Fates is the best set ever. Crazy how Shining Lengends is more expensive especially when there's way less hits and the cards aren't as expensive. And the lineup for Hidden Fates is top tier.

I totally agree but I do feel like one day we're going to wake up and Hidden Fates will suddenly jump in price and be pretty much unattainable.

@@mostlynate2453 It actually did that already in 2020 before the 2021 reprint. Went from $50 an ETB in 2019 to $300 an ETB in 2020. The 2021 reprint was so massive that it brought ETB prices down from $300 to $120. I agree though, now that we're seeing ETBs rise, it'll be a few months before they're $300 again.

Being Canadian we end up paying more because of our dollars worth,it cost me $130 for that celebrations ETB on ebay and at the time it was the cheapest one i could find.

I found a EBT 151. The 2 tins weren't open and a few of the packs weren't even open either. That's how I got to thinking again I should start up my channel and I already had 1k subs. I gotta get back on track with my channel. Seems like loved the video I had put up to get me to 1k and 300 views in 3 yrs of forgetting about this channel. I would like to get more booster box's and etbs to open.

It was interesting. Megatron actually wins depending on continuity In Transformers Cybertron, Megatron survived and escaped from the Unicron Singularity, which threatened to devour the ENTIRE Transformers multiverse, which is seemingly infinite. When Megatron escapes from it, he is completely unharmed, and then later gets his powers amplified by several of times throughout the show. You could argue Freeza blitzing him still because I'm not sure if they had many quantifiable speed feats that even put them above a few hundred thousands of times FTL I believe the alternaity also should've been stronger though I'm not sure if he has an alternity avatar I believe they did G1 only, so Megatron was cooked

I generally wouldn’t open older cards if you’re looking for monetary value. For the experience, yes. For the nostalgia and the thrill, yes. But definitely not for the money.

if you look at straight money value most of the older stuff isn't worth it to open, but if you look at the entertainment value especially if you have kids and just seeing how excited they get when you get a nice pull it might be worth it.
