With your value's $850 on a $1k box is not bad at all - the $150 disparity can be seen as a 'shoppers fee' or something - Depends on how long it would have taken you yourself to put the box together and how much you value that time - So it kind of breaks even - I mean, lets be realistic, unless its a collector looking for a quick sale rarely will a non chase mystery box ever put you over value.
