ive been using CGC they are fast, affordable and you can steal some grail cards for a huge discount compared to psa which has a hype tax on 10s. Love the pristine labels too!

No one wants CGC that’s why they are cheap. If you are looking to flip a card in the future PSA is where it’s at. You will have zero problems selling a PSA card, gonna be harder to sell a ACE or CGC and if you do you won’t get the full amount like you would have with PSA. Just my 2 cents

PSA doesn’t have an office in the UK at the moment and CGC opened one up last year ? So logistically it makes sense they start grading more with CGC

PSA definitely has a dated look, but the value is infinitely more than CGC. If people care how the label looks they will just get Ace - if they care about value they get PSA. CGC has no real place in the market.

Only time you see anyone using ace is when they get discount grading as a youtuber. Its all fake hype. Hollywood says don't use oil then fly private planes. KZbinrs say ace is great then use psa for stuff they actually like and keep 😂

@@cyndablaze If you want them purely as collectables for your own personal enjoyment, the ACE slabs do look rather nice. I collect them, but only when it's something I enjoy looking at, and which I want to preserve better than raw in a binder. If that's your intention then more power to you. 😊 If it's an investment : PSA. The company isn't going anywhere anytime soon, and at the very least they retain their value.

@@new-z-tonkol2077 Better than PSA? How? PSA hold usually a minimum of double the value of a CGC card. CGC is just a bad company with inflated numbers. You want good looking labels? Ace. You want a card that will hold value? PSA. There is not other option unless you're dealing with insanely expensive cards - where Beckett joins the conversation. CGC has absolutely no place in the market and prices prove that.

CGC is absolutely not the future. They've been around long enough to prove they're unwanted. Vendors won't take them and they sell for way less than PSA. Ace labels are better too. They don't have a place in the market and that's not changing. Big time collectors will only ever care about PSA because of how many cards already are graded that way, and new collectors who want cool labels will go with Ace. CGC has no place in the market.

No error. It's from a 25th Anniversary Creatures deck that was only given to Creatures illustrators and staff. An estimated 300 sets were made. In June this year a PSA 9 Chansey sold at auction for $18,600.
