I always love watching and collecting 151. That was a weird and wonderful Blastoise pack and follow up pack. That was so crazy top five cards one vid. Oh, no many more hits indeed and last pack magic, amazingly crazyness everywhere. That''s why I love the set, the art is so nice.

151 absolutely had batching issues. I bought 5 poster boxes at Target (all at once) three of the boxes had Charizard SIRs and the other two had Giovani's Charisma SIR. 5 products, 5 SIRs. Three charizard SIRs, just like that.

I've been theorizing the poster boxes have at least 1 guaranteed hit as far SIRs/FullArts go. All of my best pulls have come from them and I'm wondering how many of these loose packs might have come from poster boxes.

@@JH-wd6dp I agree. I think the poster boxes have the best hit rate. Zapdos and Alakazam boxes are probably 60/40 for hit quality, But poster boxes is like 80/20, mew upc 50/50, You're either getting a great box or a dud box. And etbs probably also 50/50, you'll get one decent hit, but that decent hit will be either a sir or it could be an illustration rare on the low end.

Mew 151 is great edition. I managed to collect entire set this week. 😊 I keep it sleeved and safe in my Arceus Ultra Pro binder. The gray borders look so gorgeus in that white album. ❤

It’s great to see so many amazing cards pulled in this way, but I can’t help feeling a tad suspicious. I’m not necessarily saying PokeRev is immediately aware of / involved with any ‘tampering’. Heck, it might be related to the distribution methods of Pokémon, whereby certain geographical areas receive product that contains a higher percentage of chase cards. But this just feels a bit off.

my GF and i had a similar situation with 6 booster bundles from PC. we hit the big 3 SIR (2 venas) a full art zard, 2 starter illustrations and some other stuff. it was an absolutely broken batch. never seen anything like it. it was insane. all on her birthday too.
