I think that, with it being a roguelike, the difficulty spike for starting out is what it should be like. The point of it is to play the game more and unlock more stuff to play the game with.

@@howamewsing7311 absolutely and even then i wouldn’t say it’s to hard. i’ve been playing maybe 2 or 3 days now and my highest run so far is wave 190 with a very basic team. keep in mind i barely know pokemon typing, special attacks, moves, i know nothing but it’s still so fun.

I beat fresh start with Sprigatito/Squirtle/Torchic, which I guess is impossible now with the points update…though I ended up swapping blaziken out anyway

I think it would be fair if fresh start disables enemy passives too, you can't literally have them so it's way too unfair that the enemy does

@@riccardomosena4162 You need to unlock them with bonbons from the pokemon, either by playing, catching or hatching alot from it.

@@riccardomosena4162 if you start from the beginning you can still unlock stuff and gradually make the game easier. fresh start is meant to be a challenge. that's the difference.

I've been trying this, and the closest I've gotten was a gen8/fresh start run where I got the Gmax bracelet, and to floor 25 I guess I was using more potions or something because I thought it was The Run, which helped me last longer Edit: New best of floor 190, (Gen8/FreshStart) Leon absolutely destroyed my team, I had GMax Inteleon, Cinderace, Rillaboom, GMax Corviknight, Dreadnaw, and Grimsnarl. I somehow had the lockCapsule, aswell as a Shiny Charm, although I didn't get any gen8 shinies (got a common Salazzle shiny)

So I ain't just a bitch thinking the game got harder? It actually did? 😅😅😂 I was like dawg, there's no more going to main screen and back, and it replaying the same. Now I'm punished for it with what's usually a crit against me 🥲 or eternatus not recharging after his attack like usual.

if he didn't need to recharge then the attack never went through, that's basic Pokemon knowledge. If the move misses, gets protected or is immune you do not have to recharge. Skill issue
