Insane PSA returns!!!! I say if your happy it being a 9 keep it as a 9. Don't risk it coming back with a lower grade cause of the light scratches on it. A 9 is still an amazing grade!!!!

I feel like if you send in a card more than once, they may give you a higher score just because they made money from the multiple submissions of the same card. But, that's just my speculation. I've never done business with PSA, but I've searched their prices, and it's expensive. haha.

I can see the scratches i would not chance it coming back lower i highly doubt they would give it a 10 but they may lower the grade for the scratches i dont own one psa 9 with any scratches so to get it 9 wow epic!

I also have that Hautner card but is in terrible condition, not worth sending to PSA at all, but I got a few PSA cards but they alllllll came back as 9's! Every single one! Not 1 ten!
