I love my BGS 9 lugia. It’s definitely sought after for sure. I always knew how rare it was so when it came back and I found out my baby made history I was the happiest person on earth. Hope you get that lugia as well bro

You aren't kidding about how rare this Lugia is. The only one I could see on ebay was a BGS9 that sold for around $1000 (albeit with an accepted Best Offer).

Ah.. correction. I’m actually the first one to get a BGS 9 Lugia. In fact I got it graded and came back a 9 it’s on my channel. I made history lol There’s never been a 9 before mine lol the one you’re referring to was an 8 that was sold to a buddy of mine.
