I find playing by myself I’m way more cautious of my surrounding and tend to do a lot better w out worrying about having to revive, buy back teammates. Overall I finish top 10 every time when I play solo

Another good way to not worry about team mates is to take charge right from the get go. If you can get someone to follow your lead then youre set.

I like how this man work, solos will prove how good you are. Especially how random this game can be, but something he said that can help a lot of players with anxiety. Don't be scared to push and try gun fights. That's how you get better and know your boundaries.
