The PTRS only has 3 types of ammunition in Vanguard, that's the reason why some of them appear locked in Warzone, because those locked types of ammunition shouldn't exist for that weapon, but they forgot to remove them from the attachment list

The PTRS doesn't have those ammo attachments since it uses different ammo compared to other snipers; if you bring it up on Vanguard, there is no lengthened on there either. Same thing happened to me.

Yeah so that armor satchel thing is just a bug. I've had it auto drop weapons, my friend had it do the same thing where it pulled his fists out, and my favorite was it made me swap to the same gun and duplicated it. So I was stuck with 2 Amax's. Dunno why that happens but here we are.
