In regards to what to do with the grave by the doll boss fight. you have to go back to the village by the maiden of war. the graves right by the maiden of war will have a concrete slab for you to place on the dolls grave. a mini boss will appear but you don't have to kill unless you want some sick treasure. place the slab and make a lap as the mini boss chases you after that grab the item from the grave.
