For some young kids, the feeling of brushing their teeth is really overstimulating for them; bristles against their gums or tongue feeling prickly, toothpaste may be a weird texture to them, etc. Something to distract them while they're doing it may help some kids, since then their primary focus would be on the app game and not the feeling/taste. And because the app game seems to show needing to move sides, it's a reminder for them to get more of the teeth (which is the real discomfort zone for some kids). Especially with some mental health issues, like Austism or anxiety disorders, they can cause overstimulatuon to some things; something that isn't something consumable being in one's mouth can really get to some people, both kids and adults. Pokemon Smile may be somewhat of a niche application, but I figure it could be really helpful for some, considering!

Those who played the original PKMN snap saw the seed of potential. We buried the hope of remakes a long time ago. Sure it isn't gen 4 remakes, but pokemon has been doing that song and dance for so long it isn't a surprise that Sinnoh will inevitably happen. New PKMN Snap is a dream come true. A breath of fresh air, and a long forgotten friend.

OMG I am so hyped about New Pokemon Snap! I loved it as a child. I believe I played it through like 10 times or so? First game I ever tried to speedrun. And it is getting a sequel. Just insane!!!! I also thought that they either forgot about that or let it fall under the table. Shrugged it under the carpet or whatever you want to call it. For literally no good reason in my opinion! And here it is being developed after it got released 20 freaking years ago. Hearing this just makes me feel so damn old although I am only 28. I did not expect them to make a sequel in my lifetime. THAT'S WHY!
