I feel like this game mode idea is good. Why not reduce the damage by like 75% or 50% of the actual damage so that people can live. Instead of getting as many head shots as possible in a second why not do a 1-10 number generator and if that person gets the random number correct then they can get head shots. If its the same character do the coin flip to see who is faster. And for speed you would have to have a list just to see who is faster and stuff. So Here is my list Speed List: Fastest to lowest Tracer, Genji, Soilder, Hanzo, Mcree, Pharah, Widow, Reaper, Lucio, Symmetra, Windston, Junk Rat, Mei, Dva, Mercy, Torbion, Bastion, Zenyatta, Ana, Zarya, Road Hog, Reinhart. Where to stand: Each person stands on the edge of the circle and moves accordingly to the command given to them. Abilities- Hanzo and Widowmaker have the ability keen eye. So they get a 20% chance to get a crit instead of 10%. Zenyatta's ability Discord and harmony allows him to place discord on enemies and fire 2 projectials instead of 1 both can crit if zen gets the number right. Reinhart has the ability Slow start giving the enemy 2 terns to do what they want. Lucio has the ability change the beat so every turn he has to keep things fresh so he is forced to change which aura he has. If he has speed aura up he always goes first. symmetra has the ability Shields up allowing her team to have 25 extra more hp Torbieon- his ability is when he dies he then comes back to place his turret. The enemy then tries to kill the turret as fast as they can (no more turn based attacks until his turret dies). Special Moves: Mercy- Healing Wish. Sacrifices herself to resurrect a dead ally Bastion- Turret mode. Switch to turret mode. Road Hog- hook. Hook is a 2 turn move. He hooks the enemy for the first turn, and the second turn he then can use his left click. Then the enemy goes back to the original location. If the hook hits the target and pulls them they are forced to stand right where they were pulled too. Ana's can put a target to sleep so that they miss there next move. can not be used 2 times in a row. Ana's grenade stops the person from using healing moves for 3 turns. Beam attacks like symmetras, winstons, and zarya only can be on a target for 3 seconds. Dva, can be attack for 5 seconds as long as she is in her mech. Mercy can attack for 2 seconds. Protect/Fly/ and Detect can not be used consecutively. Trainer will call out protect the enemy still continues with an attack. Your allied pokemon then has to react to whatever the attack is from the opposing pokemon. Protect- mei and Zarya can block both Detect- Dva, Genji, Reinhart, and Winston can block/ reflect projectiles but can not stop melee attacks. Fly- Pharah can dodge attacks if she is fast enough for 1 turn. Pharah, Junkrat, Mei, mcree, ana, rienhart, Genji, and Hanzo can only shoot 1 projectile of there left or right click. Widow only gets 1 shot with her right click. Shot gun blasts can shoot half of there magnum size from the diameter of the circle. unless its road hogs right click then he gets 1. Everyone else with rapid fire attacks only get to attack for 1 second. And this is what i think the rules should be for characters and how it is played. I think i covered everything not sure. instead of telling them to do their move right after the other, you should tell him what to do on the chat, and after 3 seconds, both the pokemon do their move at the same time for more strategic shit like a bastion shoots and a genji deflect at the same time

AFriendlyPotato it makes Pharah's flying more of a factor. Hard to do turn-based when it's all real-time. Plus Mercy and Zenyata are just dumb cuz the trainer just has to stall and they fully heal.

Mr. Fruit, I have a challenge for you. X-Watch! Overwatch-Com? You mentioned it, so why not X-Com in Overwatch? Use standard X-Com rules. Pick a side of a map and have the other player's team start on the other, or at least out of view of each other. As an option, avoid headshots to make battles last longer! For balance- -Movement will be measured with... Mei walls. Move about the distance of one Mei wall. Players can move once and attack, or move twice without attacking. (Like how X-Com works.) -One attack is one click for Snipers (optionally two for Ana), one clip for fast automatic firing weapons (Tracer, D.Va, Mei, Genji), two shots of shotgun weapons, and three shots of slow-firing projectiles (like Zenyatta.) You can decide what to do with Zarya and Symmetra. -Stuns and sleeps count for an entire turn, but can only be used every three turns. -Mobility is allowed. Genji can dash to high ground, Pharah can use one fuel gauge, Tracer can blink once for free to move farther than other characters, D.Va can use one flight bar, Reaper can teleport, Mercy can fly, etc. Rein can also charge once every three turns. And Tracer can attack and recall. -Shielding is allowed every other turn. Zarya may choose a player to shield for (or shield herself), Rein can deploy his shield, D.Va may defend herself or for one character, etc. Also, Reaper can use Wraith Form once every other turn to avoid damage. -Healing is allowed. One shot per turn by Ana, or one grenade. Mercy can heal for one second, and may fly on her turn. Zen cannot use Orb of Harmony, but can use Orb of Discord. (Just because there is no easy way to limit Harmony healing.) Lucio can not heal either, but if you are in range of his speed song, you can move farther. -Bastion is off limits unless you can think of a way to balance him. -Symmetra turrets are allowed, but players are allowed to react to them and kill them when they step into them. -One ult per team. -(Also, a "turn" is one entire team's action.) Have fun! (If the skirmish timer runs out, victory goes to whoever has the most players left.)

This is a great episode, but you might be able to make it better by letting non tank characters being able to move and attack, but tank characters can either move or attack. This "logic" could work being how the smaller heroes are much more mobile and faster which lets them attack and move at the same time, but the tank heroes are much slower and bulkier and can't be as mobile while attacking.

Fruit & Blue, do the same rules, but moves have to be through team chat. And both heroes/pokemon have to execute their moves at the same time. That way, you don't give away their moves if your heroes are using; fly, protect, heal, leer or whatever. Also increase the health so it's not necessarily 1 second per move

Do totem Pokemon from the new games where a boss Pokemon (a tank) calls in backup (other heroes) they can call in other heroes or use a move.

Try doing this again but instead of calling out your moves, type them out and then shoot an orb to start the round. This will allow you to use "reflect" for Genji and "protect" for Mei. Instead of trying to time 1 second, have a pre-set number of shots for each character. Tanks should take 2 turns to do something. Also, one Z move per match.

This have so much more potential Mr. Fruit, make it so the trainer can order an action instantly after the other trainer gave his last one, and make it so you only have 5 seconds to give an order starting after the other trainer gave his. -Blue: Pharrah use flight! -Fruit: Genji use right click! -Blue: Pharrah shoot rockets! - Fruit: Genji reflect! And so on...It could make it so much more fast phased and fun cuz the trainer will have to think fast and he may screw up :P

Some of the battles for the turn based rules either go too quick or are too boring so here are my ideas for how the turn based rules should be: -No Tanks -Body shots only but each Pokemon is allowed 1 head shot only -Temp defensive moves like ice wall and deflect can be called out and their turn but will only activate when the enemy executes their command -Moving is passive and will not end the turn right away so you are allowed to call out 1 more command -Certain Pokemon with abilities that prevents them from being damaged is considered a dodge and can used only 3 times for the whole match (But each Pokemon can only dodge once). Also only the Pokemon in battle can decide when to use the dodge. If the dodging Pokemon failed to dodge then it the dodge won't count -When Ana uses sleep dart or Mcree uses stun it will make your opponent skip a turn but must wait 2 turns before they can use it again -Each Zen can use discord once as leer and is allowed 1 free headshot and will not consider next turn but if the enemy survives the Zen must remove discord -Certain Pokemon with automatic weapons and projectile weapons like Hanzo's bow (Genji excluded. His weapon will be under the next rule) can only tap left click -Concentrated weapons like Zarya's left click can be held down for up to 1 second -Single burst fire hitscan weapons like Mcree's Peacekeeper can only fire once per turn if ordered to fire (As in cannot fire more than once within 1 sec) -Breaking any of these rules will result in the current Pokemon to be disqualified

Another idea is let the pokemon move around, but they can only use the attack you tell them. An example is reaper and mccree, they are both jumping and since fruit has awful coin luck, the other person's pokemon gets first attack chance of shotgun blast. If you react fast enough, mccree can use flashbang to counter, but only if the trainer catches it. The fights would be a bit more fast pased, and it could still be turn based. That makes other characters viable and now you can include the chance to dodge. Just a thought since turn based stuff doesn't seem to be the most enjoyable for you guys

Possibly next time you could add a "Hyper Beam" of sorts, which is the Pokemon's ultimate. Using this ultimate however makes it so you have to "cool down," meaning you sacrifice a turn. The enemy gets to go twice, which is dangerous, but the damage output could decide the output of the match. You can only use one Hyper Beam per game, though, because it's incredibly powerful. A little thing to think about, though, when using your Hyper Beam... If someone like Hanzo, a fast character, uses his ultimate, and it kills the enemy, the next opponent that comes out, irregardless of speed, such as Reinhardt, they get to go first. For Mercy, it could revive one ally. However, this would mean certain death in most cases because two turns against Mercy is almost certain death with how squishy she is. Ana's, Symettra's, and Zenyatta's ults are completely useless. Reinhardt's shoulder charge should be considered a Hyper Beam since instant death, however it won't take away from allowing the trainer from using an ult since it's still a regular move. However it will still enact cool down. Since he's the heaviest character, though, and goes second anyways, perhaps it allows the enemy to just go twice with their next Pokemon that comes out. Idk, just an idea.

Pokemon tournament. Trainers now assemble with their one best Pokemon to the fight to the death. 6 trainers, 6 pokemon - but only 1 trainer can win. (if a trainer wins the fight when their Pokemon dies, they're revived for the next fight)
