Never in my wildest dreams did I think trading cards would become this popular. Only commenting because you're the first English person I've seen doing this....I've just been fascinated lately watching shorts of people opening packs of cards worth thousands and it's insane to me. I loved collecting cards back in the day, 80's and early 90's, as a kid....Garbage Pal Kids, Beavis and butthead, Teenage mutant turtles etc but I've still got a full collection of Steve Jackson Battle cards from 93 that were fucking amazing art wise (I never actually battled with any so they still have the stats unscratched) and I've just found out the Magic cards sort of killed them off after they came out and were more popular. Don't know where I'm going with this post but basically, even though I've only ever heard of Pokemon, I'm loving that this is a thing with trading cards and it's making me want to start collecting something again so I just ordered some Fallout cards off amazon because it's one of the best RPG franchises and why the fuck not. Anyway, wicked videos, keep up the good work.

It’s very standard for retail trade stores. It also bumps higher for liquid items, 55% is the base line if someone sells low end singles etc. we also offer higher in store credit :)

Tough break for your friend not hitting from those older packs. I usually drop shop owners an extra 20 if they weigh vintage packs for me. If it's a heavy, I'll give 20 extra. If it's light,, well ✌️😅

Honestly, ebay fees and shipping is about 15% and the competition is too much for modern cards and things sit for ages. You end up selling 20% down plus the fees. So in the end its similar. Just depends how much you need the money

Question, those card packs of Fire Red and the Johto ones with Entei for example on the cover and Tyrannitar that belong to old gens, are they still being made or they are so expensive due to the fact that it's hard to find them since they are so old and someone must have kept them without opening them? I assume they are still made and are so expensive due to being vintage and people paying a lot for old stuff.

We offer more if their items are liquid, 55% is baseline if they’re selling lower end. We also offer 75% trade credit which also bumps for more liquid items!
