According to an article on the cinematic, it was a vision of a possible future for Yasuo given by Kindred. He dies to Lamb's arrow at the end and you can see Wolf's face in the forest waiting to kill him if he resists death.

I see it as them both being on extremes of Justice. Kayle is merciless and inflexible and therefore she's cruel and self-righteous. Morgana is overindulgent and permissive and ends up being undisciplined and neglectful. True Justice is a balance between them both.
