This is a common thing with people who have very low or even a lack of morals. They will resort to saying the right things and virtue signalling, while still behaving like the bad people they truly are. On top of that Poki has her internet persona which is unbelievably fake, yet she doesn't seem to have much of a personality herself, which is the cause of a lot of conflicting behavior. You could say she has kind of an identity crisis with her fake internet persona and her virtue signalling.
