I have not but I don’t change the straps very often. If you are, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to the brand because I know they value the quality of their products and be able to help you out

For the nemero purse, can you wear it without the crossbody strap on your shoulder comfortably or do your need the crossbody straps?

You can wear the bag on your wrist but I think it's too small to wear on your shoulder so you will need the strap!
