Poland, Kraków, tram 18 ride from Kobierzyńska to Pędzichów

This line uses Bombardier Flexity NGT8s from 2012. These trams were originally planned to serve 52 running to Mistrzejowice (Osiedle Piastów terminus), but they decided to put them for 13 and 14. These also had (originally) a different door closing chime, which was a long soft tone and different announcer in them. This was solved in 2013, by choosing Damian Galon as current voice announcer (althrough these weren't installed until 2015, as well, as MPK's obligatory, two-tone door closing chime). His announcements were updated few times, with major one taking place in 2016, when he recorded the "next stop" wording and line number and destination announcements, and the order of announcement was changed to that one: "Next stop, [name of stop], possibility of interchange with tram/bus/tram or bus lines". In 2019, there was a try for announcing of "alight for" and english-language announcement, but this went into the failure due to Covid-19. Since last year, "now arriving at" announcements are displayed in a form of stop name only. Before 2013, the voice of MPK were three people, of which one of them was Ewa Dymna, an actor and founder of "Althrough of Everything" foundation.
