Today I watched a recording of the 2010 Victory Day parade in Moscow in which military detachments from many countries including Poland and Ukraine took part. Good day! With the deindustrialization of Germany and whole Europe to a degree, I see no benefit for any country to invade Poland or even Ukraine. But USA has encouraged Europe to affiliate to NATO which by itself threatens Russia who in consequence has militarily mobilized. I see lots of projective identification. And any quantity of weapons and uniforms will not be enough to deter Russia from defending itself. But american and local military industrial complex will profit enormously from European buying military equipment. It is as they say a model of business.

Does it not matter to be sent for cannon fodder if one has the best uniform? Fashion is one of the most selfish hobbies one can have when it comes to damaging the world. In WWII at Monte Cassino Polish troops were sent first up to the hills, after British bombers destroyed the sanctuaries heavily. But Monks and the Germans claimed before that bombing, no single German military is within the abbey, but around. "Our bullets, their blood" - this formula seems to be also for the polish army today.

The obvious problem with Poland wanting to become the foremost military power in Europe is, who will pay for this pipe dream? War costs a lot of money. Look at the state of the British, French and German militaries today. The Kremlin at least has oil and gas to support its war machine, the Americans can always print dollars out of thin air, or more accurately generate trillions of dollars digitally on a computer screen. What does Poland have? Agriculture? The same agricultural sector Warsaw is intent on destroying by allowing cheap Ukrainian agricultural products across the border without having to pay any VAT? Is Warsaw a financial centre? Is there a European silicon valley in Poland? Is Poland an industrial superpower? How is Poland going to pay for all of this? The answer is debt, and lots of it! If Poland goes down this path it will become an eternal debt slave like Greece. The 2004 Olympics were a vanity project that broke Greece financially. As a result it only took a financial crisis 4 years later to push Greece into a sea of debt it can never pay back (at least whilst it remains in the EU and retains the euro!!). Poland as a preeminent military power is another vanity project that will end just as badly as the Greek Olympics. Warsaw will end up having to sell off all the family jewels to foreign interests. The Troika of the World Bank, the IMF and the ECB will arrive in Warsaw and force the government to privatize everything. Poland will cease to exist as a sovereign nation like Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Italy and Portugal previously. None of these countries are independent anymore! They are all controlled by foreign money interests. The icing on the cake will be when the port of Danzig will be sold off to the Chinese like Piraeus before it and all the street signs will be in Polish and Mandarin.

I wonder if the new uniforms the Polish Army will wear will resemble that of a clown, in order to provoke a laughter seizure so strong that their potential foes will choke to death. As for the wall, the border, surely, they wouldn´t be thinking of lanscaping with scarecrows. Lastly, as for those enterprising trips to the galaxies, they wouldn´t be done using only LSD as fuel.

Ania, must have been a slow news day yesterday here in the states. Your article today that you read was picked up by Google News in its World news section yesterday. Even Yahoo News posted a short 1 min read article on your Polish PM Tusk saying that he would spend 2.5 billion to build a new Maginot Line (my words) along its pesky Polish neighbors Belarus to the east and Kaliningrad to the north-east. Here in the states usually the only news I get on Poland is from your channel. Yesterday near the bottom of the Google News, World News feed, they had articles on Poland’s PM Tusk’s speech on Poland being the front line in NATO’s defense against Russia. WW3 looms but in the truncated 1 min read , Yahoo News left that inconsequential part out. 😳 It further reported “Relations between Poland, an EU and NATO member state, and authoritarian Belarus, which is allied with Moscow, have been tense for some time.” All I got to say about that is “FREE Australian journalist JULIAN ASSANGE”, at least he told the truth!
