The LEDs showed melting icebergs or glaciers. The clock was ticking, and at the end the iceberg was completely melted. It really goes with the message of the song. I can't believe you have not seen that. The sign language translators, just show the lyrics of the song. At one moment you can see it clearly, Viki sings the world is our home, and the signer shows a triangle which means home.

I wasn't thrilled about the led backdrop images also, in comparison to other countries it didn't have a wow factor. Very good vocal performance. All in all the best song won.

In Adult Eurovision 2005 Latvia had sign language and came top 5!!! Belgium also had sign language in 2003 Adult Eurovision but it was more like imaginairy sign language, since they were also singing in a imaginairy language

I remember sign language in Walter's and Kazha ESC performance, Latvia 2005 (I think?). Well, as a polish I believed our song is a bop and winner vibe, but when I saw staging I was like 'omg, what is that?'. I don't like it at all, it is more like top 5, maybe top 3. But if I'm trying to compare all the songs, honestly polish song is the best upbeat composition, better than Anyone I want to Be, in my opinion. Plus it is song, not staging contest, so yes, I am very happy, she is deserved winner. Of course, it was very difficult year, all the songs was excellent. I love Spain and Macedonia. I also enjoyed Kazahstan, that was real suprise for me and I'm very glad they are second. Ukraine and Serbia was robbed, I'm crying inside! Malta wtf, I like the song, not deserving last place :(

HIPOKRYTA! najpierw gościu pisze że piosenka Viki jest jedną z dwóch ulubionych spośród wszystkich tegorocznych propozycji, ale jakoś dziwnym trafem nie wybrał tej piosenki spośród 3 do zagłosowania. Teraz znowu podoba mu sie jej występ, a następnie przy ogłoszeniu wyników wielki zawód że Polska wygrała i jeszcze miał czelność sugerować że Viki nie zasłużyła na wygraną a wygrała tylko dzięki temu że Polacy mieli czelność na nią głosować. Skoro ta piosenka tak mu się podoba to dlaczego nie oddał głosu na nią i dlaczego na wygraną zareagował "Boże, tylko nie to...uuhhhh" i ze spuszczoną głową podczas gdy na wszystkie występy reagował entuzjastycznie? Ten człowiek ma ewidentnie jakieś problemy psychiczne, albo rozdwojenie jaźni. W każdym razie na pewno jest hipokrytą.

Watching it back it does come together and is great. But the strong imagery can be lost so easily if your not clued in on the song meaning. Low key on the the very first watch I got a bit confused and wondered why are they doing a countdown to the end of the song? I know I'm an idiot but I feel the led could have been more impactful. Possibly the colouring didn't help. But listen that's my inner perfectionist talking. It came together in the end. Not my personal top but I can see why it won all the same
