Correct, also their range is pitiful. They have no ability to hit military production facilities. Hitting occasional command or logistical center has no discernible effect on the course of the war. In order to really hurt Russia, you would need about 25000 missiles with 2000km range. I am not sure there are so many in the entire world combined.

This missile is maneuvering at reentry no chance to calculate intercept point. At least Yankee radars can see it, unlike with Kinzal hypersonic glider Pentagon can not.
