I'm planning on taking this train next week. Do you recall if all the window seats actually have a window beside it? It appears from some of the YT videos I have seen not all window seats have a full window access.

I believe the row at the front and teh back of each car does not have access, otherwise, it should be accessible.

We went to Moosonee during the month of August. We would recommend visiting during the summer months for the best experience with the locals.

Are there wild polar bears ?

Semi-wild. All polar bears are in a 24 acre enclosure. They offer them a home as close to wild as possible.
