the polars have a good feel , a little overpriced but the 93s I feel are perfect baggy wise not to big and feel comfortable for casual use ,I'm a fan i ordered a second pair this time the blacks ones

You Are Lucky to have these thrift stores in the Us. Thrift stores in the EU are terrible you will never find any baggy pants there so polar is basically the only option besides silvertabs which you never find either
