Great video. Thank you. I have a 2016 ranger 570 with 9300 miles. Things to watch out for. Time chain will stretch and your cam timing will be off 1/2 tooth. Oil pump chain will also be stretched and rub bottom case bolt. Time chain hydrulic adjuster should be replaced with Hot Cam tensioner HC00063 And lastly in order to set the clearance on the valves, polaris requires you to buy a complete bucket or buckets. It gets expensive. What I do is use a fine grinding stone with a dremel. Measure clearance before removing the cams. If there's .003 thousands I measure the bucket and remove .004" off for a total of .007". I have been doing this for several years on several 570's with no issues at all. Looking forward to your rebuild and your thoughts on the crank bushing for one side. I believe there's a guy on the internet that sells that bushing for $100. Polaris wants you to buy complete engine cases at a cost of $1100 US because they won't sell you that part.

had low hours, can't remember from top of my head but nowhere near enough to need a new crankshaft. failure is fairly common in these year 570s. its not if, its when.

We have some pics and stuff but it was hectic because we were doing this job for the 1st time. I'll see what I have. It was pretty straight forward though.
