Really appreciate your video's, especially the one's for the newbies like me. Would absolutely love to have a friend and riding partner like you.

Can't go wrong with Bikemans. The adjustability and quality make the cost alittle easier swallow.

Price is crazy but I’ll only need the one set instead of three!

Good instructions and step by step. Curious why you didn't use new springs per the kit instructions? Next time maybe show the secondary clutch spring change process too!

I only purchased the Snypr Weight kit, not the Stage 1 Kit with the springs. I may buy the springs in the future. Thanks for the comment!

So on your more recent rides, what did you end up holding for rpm? I seen where you said 8400. Have you noticed a change in off the start response? I'm considering just going with 74g or even 76g OEM, if I can find them. I ride some of the same areas as you, but mine is a 165, albeit the series 8 and not the series 9.

With the 74g I’m typically right at 8400 +/- 100rpm. Still has great throttle response. I’ll have to test the track speed on my next ride.

@@JasonCaville Did you ever test the track speed? I'm almost out of break in and have been revving 8600 at 6000ft. There's a lot of options and I'm heading out to Fernie again in a few days. I can either simply try a 140/310 SLP primary spring for $60. I could spend $180 for Polaris 74 or 76g weights, then have them be wrong and have to spend more money later. Finally, I can fork up the $550 for the Bikeman Stage 1 kit or $750 for the ibexx kit. Season is dwindling, and it's been a spendy year for sled gear and home renos, so trying to be "savvy" lol.

@Fatonzzz 8600 at 6000 ft is pretty good. What temp was that at? I might have lost a tiny bit of response with the 74g but I could experiment with the magnet placement. I have mostly heel weight at the moment. Just one magnet at the tip. I haven’t tested tested track speed

@@JasonCaville That was in Vale and it was pretty cold actually. I think it ranged -12 to -18 at the bottom on those three days. Did you gain rpm when you came out of break-in?

came here for the clutch shield install, good vid!

Glad you found the video! The shield was a pain to put back in at first, but after I pinched the metal clips back together the 1/4 turns latch easily now
