Pay attention to the small things. Ralsei doesn't blush when you get close with Kris, he blushed when the Soul inside Kris overlaps with Ralsei. Jevil and Spamton both show knowledge of game mechanics and this isn't a mistake, this is likely linked to their meta-awareness of the fact they are in a game. You know who the only other character in the game to show meta-awareness is? A small fluffy boy. There's no way he doesn't know you are in the heart, which means he isn't blushing at Kris, he's blushing at (You). If you want further proof of the fact that he knows, try cutting open your Ralsei plushie (carefully! the dark one, I'm not sure about boss monster Ralsei who's white) and pull out the hidden note inside. It says that he can't wait to see you.

Yeah, it ISN’T true. The person who made that theory even said it was false, and that the souls hitbox is smaller when Kris rips it out. Ralsei blushes when he’s near Kris, not the player.
