Thanks for the review. I especially appreciate the review on the accessories A comment relative to the misfire code. New sentence the misfire code can also be caused by a flat spot or a burn spot on your belt I had that occur replace the belt in the problem one away

I ran the ss360's sand tires on my xp general and they worked awesome. They aren't near as aggressive and are a light weight paddle. Went w/ 30".

I have thought about those myself. Are you running front ones also? Is your XP a two-seater or four?

Thank you for the information on the seats getting cut. Just got my 2022 and they haven't made improvements on that spot. So I will have to cut mine also.

Good video. I love mine but wish it was geared lower. I haven't had a chance to go to coosbay yet but thanks for the info about the dunes.

I have just shy of 5 acres at my house and I’ve been trying to justify a machine. I have a tractor but because of a creek that chops my property in half it takes so long to reach the back side of my property with any equipment I feel like this would make things so much quicker. Cleaning up storm tree debris and projects

I'm looking at getting one of these machines to push snow around during the winter (in addition to everything else it offers, leisure, etc.). I have about a 300' long driveway and I was wondering if you had any experience with a blade mounted on one of the front of these and how well that functions.

You're going to love the machine I know that. I don't have any experience with a blade myself. But I would imagine that it would work good.

Just bought a 2022 with pretty much the same setup as you. Question is, how is the dust in the cab with the windows on and off? I ride mostly on dusty trails. Thanks

When I've been in really dusty conditions I've had the best luck leaving the upper soft top doors on and rolled up and I opened up the vents on my windshield. When I was in those conditions what I should have done when I got home was some caulking. Because the dust will show you all the little leaks around the seals. So if I had taken some stuff off and put grease on one side of the item and silicone on the other. Then reinstall it to make a better seal and the item would still be removable. Also there's some obvious locations in the back that need to be sealed up remove your back seats and look in the corners. All that being considered it's probably better than if I had nothing at all. Thanks for watching

Did you add a back up light or accessory grips to the rear of your roof? Can you comment or do a video on those?

I did add back up light on the rear of my roof just above the window one on each side. But I have not run the wires yet.

Any overheating problems? I have a 21 xp4 and the cooling fan did not come on several times it got hot. like 245 degrees hot went into limp mode. I had a dash switch to turn the fan on manually if I need to. usually on a long steady grade not hillclimbing. 1 passenger or loaded down didn't matter. i'm 400 miles from dealer and Polaris is aware of my problem. next time I take it to the dealer Polaris asked I have diagnostics sent to Polaris with my case number. 1600 miles same belt I need to carry a spare. id like to watch someone replace one so I can do it in the field.

The only time I had any issues when we went to Utah. But I found the problem. You should always carry an extra fan circuit breaker. It is in the fuse box and that was the cause on mine. As for the belt changing video that is probably a good idea for a video. I have talked about and shown parts of it in some of my videos but not from beginning to end.

Just wondering about your belt issues, are you always running high range?

No, if I'm going to be going below 20 miles an hour, I will run in low range.

Does it leak inside when you’re riding in the rain or have you noticed any issues with that ? thanks
@generaldreamsoutdoors43
@generaldreamsoutdoors43 2 жыл бұрын
That is a good question.. Yes it does leak inside some. It is not a completely sealed system. But it is still a very big benefit. At some point I was planning on going around and sealing up as many of the locations that I can to make it more watertight and air tight.

Polaris needs to buy the lifetime trail maps for a hefty sum and then pay them to run their own maps. Lifetime maps are dialed in!

Where you located? With all the sand talk rocks ect you might be in Idaho too. I'm buying a 2021 with low miles and selling my XP4 RZR to get it.
