Very nice! I too own one of these for the last 10years. Brought from a good friend who bought it used in 93. Love it! I put 80 miles on it last weekend. Runs 85mph across the lake. Enjoy gentlemen 👍✌🇺🇸

I found a 86 Indy 400LC cheap and have proceeded to almost break the bank on Ebay buying replacement parts. Hopefully it's a good reliable sled once it's done.

I am currently doing the same thing. I have found great sellers on Ebay with tons of NOS parts and at semi-reasonable prices. I hope the Indy does well for you this season!

What did it need to get up and running again? I am in a similar situation, have one of these beauties that hasn’t ran in about 5 years and I am going to work on it this weekend. I was planning on doing a full carb clean and belt change, what else might i need to do? Thank you and beautiful sled!

we would suggest to replace fuel pump and all the gas lines, clean carbs, and remove the gas tank and fully clean it

I use none ethenal fuel In mine it runs hotter but it won't burn a hole in my pistons
