polaris outlaw 50 cc quad non runner project

Polaris outlaw 50cc it was leaking out of the over flow on carb,wouldn't fire up, just by chance it was first time it fired up after many trys and a few flat battery's at the beginning of the vid. carb cleaned pilot jet clean it had a small pilot jet hole but became bigger with the jet files, I lost a bit footage but it was the pilot jet as this had a small amount of build up, I clean all the other holes and passages in the carb too

That whole thing was exactly what I needed to see. Got one that had been underwater for a week in NZ after the floods. Stripped and cleaned everything Thank you bro, I'm right at that stage ,1st timer for my twin boys. Really appreciate what you've done here. Loven the side banter. Fuckn excellent

Yeah m8 my insta send it to there 2strokemxclassics it's called, probs be the powervalve, has it had a bigger piston, rebore but could be other stuff but I always check the valve first
