Polaris Ranger 1000 Clutch Issue HANDLED!

In this longer video, I'll take you along as I do a quick test, and come up with my first thoughts of what's wrong, and then the bench rebuild of the primary clutch. I'll share some close up shots on what to actually look for so you can hopefully repair your machine. Sorry for the low sound output level on one channel, is what it is at this point!

I highly second this video, if your a technician and you’ve replaced the EBS cam and did the EBS delete but still have clutch creep issues were the primary clutch is not fully extending please replace the cover and moveable sheave bushings. My only additional comment would be to use a sleeve retainer glue to hold the bushing in place, Polaris stamps a little circle into the bushing that you can visibly see to hold the bushing in place and I think they do that for good reason. I don’t believe anyone will be able to perfectly indent the circle in the bushing so I strongly recommend to use a sleeve retainer type glue while pressing the new bushings in.

I am dealing with this same issue, and I believe the issue is the bushing on the outer portion of the primary. I have replaced the spider assembly and two way bearing, installed new weights and springs and am still having the issues. But I did not replace the bushings like you did and thinking back they did not look the greatest

What is the part number for the replace spider assembly? I talked to a local Polaris shop and they keep trying sell me just the rollers not the assembly. My ranger is also a 2019. thanks,

Go to the web and search "polaris OEM parts" or somthing like that. You'll be able to look up all the parts yourself and know your getting the correct parts that way. If I go local, I usallly take the OE p/n with me. Thanks for watching.
