So you have a Polaris with the Fuji twin engine that needs to be rebuilt? Well look no further. In this video I show how to disassemble your engine for a complete rebuild. This applies to all the twin cylinder Fuji built engines weather it’s the 600, 700 or the 800. Models that came with these engines are the Sportsman, Ranger and the Rzr.

Is that an updated oil dipstick tube I have a 2005 and I need a new tube for the oil dipstick but they discontinued them and you can't find them to buy them know where do you know if they came out with a different one that works I see yours mounts up top around the valve cover the one on my machine connects to the water thermostat housing

Do the rods bolt to the crank like they do on a car motor

Unfortunately no they do not. Crank and rods are made into one assembly. Rod bearing goes bad have to change whole crank.
