Great video! 👍 I've had a problem with the shifter on my Polaris Magnum 425 that it wont go in low series when its cold in the winter, usually high and reverse works like it should. Do you know what could be the problem?

Thank you for your help. These are great machines and have a lot of life except for running into this whole issue with the kill switch and the AWD.

Great tips! Easy to follow, but not sure what to think now... Removed hose to carburetor and did not have to turn the key for gas to come out. It was just leaking right out as soon as I removed it. Is this normal? Starts up instantly with choke on and then dies right out, like it got drownded. Any guidance would be awesome! I do not know what I am doing just out here trying lol Thanks!

Thank you for the video! I remembered that I needed to burp the system after changing the engine oil but couldn't remember how I did it. Yours is the first video I've seen after watching a dozen others that actually shows that.

I'm having a no spark problem, I've replaced the battery, starter and selinoid and the CDI box and the coil and the plug. I was driving and I slowed down it just died and been dead ever since. I'm 67 years old and a veteran and don't get around to good and it's my hunting buggy, I even put a winch on it so it can do the hard work for me. But trying to get any help on a 2006 Polaris ranger 500 4x4 because most people have newer ones,I saved for 10 years for mine. So I was hoping for some clues maybe, I've heard crank positioning sensor but I can't find it, I heard fuses can't find them either. And hear you are working on a 2005 Polaris ranger 500 WOW, so do you have any clues so I can get this thing going please

This was the first video that was actually useful. Thanks. 2:41 the BUS bar. I have a 2022 570. It came with the bus bar on the left side, with the keyed ignition mounted to the middle of three. Nothing else. Anyway. Ran hot from the battery to bottom. Ground from the battery to the top. Tested. Hot to ground, 13v. Middle (key) to ground = nothing. Start engine. middle (key) to ground 13v. Got my lights wired in and everything works. one bank front, one bank rear. Used the BUS-to-frame mounting bolts to secure the switch relays. There is an empty spot on the right side of the frame that looks like I could mount a second bus bar there, if needed in the future. Anyway, I had no idea what I was doing and it didn't occur to me that Polaris would put a BUS bar there with no power to it. Does it matter that I went back to the battery for the ground instead of to the Chassis ground?
