Polaris RZR Pro R & Turbo R Suspension major failure!!

Ever wonder what mod you should do first on your brand new Polaris RZR? Well this suspension issue is definitely a must fix!
This is why the very 1st upgrade that should be done for every single Side by Side that Polaris Makes!! Including the brand new Polaris Ranger Expedition!!
This is a MUST for every Polaris RZR Pro R / Turbo R. The Pro R Ultimate is coming from the assembly line with a horrible clunk in the suspension! The bolt upgrade kit gets rid of that horrible clunking sound!!
This is cause by the OEM suspension bolts!! The shank on the suspension bolts is TOO SHORT!!!
That includes the old RZRs, 800, 900, XP1000. All the way up to the brand newest RZR Pro R Ultimate! As well as every Ranger, General, Ace!!

What do you expect from a $50,000 car ? Perfection? Perhaps a $75,000 car would be fully engineered and come stock with a healthy dose of quality control.

wonder if this is the slight clunking i hear when cruising down the road at 45mph or so... My Pro R is brand new with 30 miles on it so would like to get ahead any problems like this

Most of the people that have that clunking find it is the bolts… We sell a ton of these bolt kits and most go onto brand new cars.

Do you sell a bolt kit it sounds like you do and if so, what all does it include just for the torque arms I would assume all bolts are like this. Send me your Intel if you have a bolt kid already dialed in ready to go and how much did you cut off all the excess threads, or is there like 2 inches of threads hanging out? Also, let me know please one way or the other.

Yes we do sell one. The link is in the description. So several of the threads on the bolts are cut off and shortened when they interfere with other things. The other times they’re left long. They are easy to shorten yourself if you would like to.
