You said more play allows secondary to self align. Snap ring moving outward would give the same play to self align

You seem too know alot about clutching. You should consider making kits for cfmoto zforce line. It's a huge market and the cat clutches are a good piece. Ty

Just bought a 202 Polaris 1000. Taking off in high range there’s a bit of jerking so pulled the cover to check the clutch. All seems fine but my question is, how deep should the belt be in the secondary clutch? The top (outside) of my belt is about 3/16” below the outside of the clutch. Most is see appear to be flush or slightly above. Can this be adjusted?

Seeing you do this, got a question that's probably already been asked, I bought your round pucks for my 2020 1000 s, I've moved up to pro xp , haven't had cover off , but getting ready to get Dalton kit, and belt, didn't see pucks listed, did they change set up, or?

17 rzr turbo here. After watching this video… Eating up a belt top and bottom groves wouldn’t be caused by the secondary snap ring coming out of the grove??

I was trying to take the bolt out of the secondary and the bolt so tight it stripped the bolt any idea how to get it out now

Hey todd I've been watching your videos on clutching. Quick question my secondary clutch bolt came off while riding, my cover kept it from flying off. Locking bolt and everything came loose afte torquing it back it got loose again any idea why its happening?

Sounds like the secondary is turning on the shaft for some reason and turning the bolt off with it

No way with the factory secondary, but you simply have an alignment issue, get our alignment tool

@@Hunterworksalignment tool will be here today. will it push the secondary back out to make the belt sit properly? because it won’t grab the belt until 3k. i also lost all forward movement on easter while driving. heard something in the rear and had creeping, hard to shift and no movement.

@@drewscheer4329 Sounds like you have two issues, one alignment and two something going on in the primary, watch our primary clutch troubleshooting video. The alignment tool makes the shafts parallel which moves the belt to the center

Simple answer lets the secondary move or float instead of being fixed so that any minor alignment issues won’t matter and allow the belt to center up in the primary clutch.
