Same exact thing happened to me. I used a hose/band clamp to go around the center of the entire regulator assembly. The clamp covered the relief hole on the back side of the regulator, so I had to drill a small hole in the band of the clamp. The pump and regulator work great now and the repair is working great!

I guess it’s three years old so you’ve probably already got it fixed but you can get fuel pumps for these on eBay for about $40, maybe less. These were popular enough to wear there’s gonna be an aftermarket at the dealer is charging 700 bucks for a gas tank and fuel filter there’s gonna be a lot of companies out there giving us better options

I have around 20 psi running it runs but half throttle it wants to bog out

Dude, I have the same exact ATV and I’m in the middle of the same exact problem and I watched your video before I swapped it out and still broke the fucking clip. L O L so now it’s not running so now I’m going to tear the whole thing apart again, and try to get that thing to seat properly.
