I find anytime my gas tank gets to a certain lvl where this is gas but not enough. I find it would cause a hiccup in the line and stall it out. Thats when i would choke and it stsrt and idle

So was your bike just sucking the gas line closed?? I've seen that happen before where I had fixed something and used a smaller gauge fuel line then what came off of what I was working on and due to that it'd just suck the line flat.

It had the incorrect fuel filter on it as well as the fuel line which was restricting fuel flow to the carb. To fix this I just put the correct fuel line on it and changed the plug. I made this video to show people that sometimes the things that are the most puzzling to fix can have the most simple remedies.

@@DCTV1234 I agree with ya, sometimes it's the little things that create quite the hassle, the things we never think of sometimes

If you’re referring to the crank seals then yes I did it was just starving for fuel which was the fix I made in the video.

Glad it was just fuel, I just got my first 2 stroke quad, I'm a diesel mechanic for my day job, but almost all my 2 stroke experience is with chainsaws, and with them, if the carb screws "don't do much" like you said, it's bad seals 99% of the time. Then again, that couldn't been my coworkers running "hot" saws, hah. Wish me luck, I got my trail boss 250 for free so you know it's in super good shape, hah.
