I bought s second hand Polaroid Snap Touch, and when i receve it the machine didn't turn on the battery completely dead, i follow the steps shown in this video and it work perfectly. Thank you very much for the explanation

There is a video out their on you tube on how to jump the camera battery with a nine volt battery ,touch the nine volt battery to the + redirect to the camera battery and the black wire to the black wire for a few seconds after that your camera battery will now charge normally. You need to find this video on you tube , I describe the problem I had and found a repair video .good luck

So I have a first gen SnapTouch without a separate power button. It is an improvement to have a separate button given the original mechanism was intended to be a switch that depresses when the flash mechanism popped up. The problem I experienced was that the silver metal "spring" no longer offered enough pressure to depress when the flash mechanism popped up. Using this video was able to easily disassemble enough just to get to a screw on the "spring", take it out, bend it slightly so it would offer more pressure. Now it's working like new. thx for the video.

Hi there! I am having some problems with my Polaroid Snap Touch as well, though not the same as what I've seen here. Well, the problem is I cannot connect the Polaroid Snap Touch to my phone via Bluetooth (the device is detected via Bluetooth on my mobile but unable to connect) and my computer is also unable to detect the Polaroid Snap Touch as a driver when I connected it via USB cable (but the camera is charging). Even the factory reset button is not working no matter how long I press and hold to it. I suspect there is something wrong with the camera board holding the Bluetooth chip, Micro-USB port and reset button, but I don't know what I can do - my local Polaroid importer told me that this product is not under A/S warranty. I tried to look around online but there isn't much information on the above issue. I am wondering if there is anything I can DIY to solve the problem. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you! :)

Sometimes it’s the little connector thing not inside. That’s what did it for me. I tried chargeomg the battery with a 8v square batt. But couldn’t. Just put everything back n it worked!

I bought three of these none,of mine won't turn on ,but mine doesn't seem to have the flash sticking problem ,it just seems dead none of the screens would light up ,and the one I kept makes a strange charging noise,it sounds like a clock motor running on a clock radio.if Polaroid won't help me this week I done trying ,three is enough for me ,being disabled ,its hard for me to keep mailing bad cameras,back.my polaroid pop camera works great and if was half the price,and twice the mega pixals and a much bigger prints.

@@dessilinaford2437 hi. Please try to do this.. 1. Press the reset button while the flash cover popped up for 30secs. 2. Plug a power adapter 5v 2a minimum. 3. Wait atleast 2-3 mins if charging status will show. Hope it helps.
