Just got ours and it doesn't spit out the blue paper or make any noise are we doing something wrong? Any one with a similar problem and have some trouble shooting tips.it's the correct paper and paper loaded exact same way

Just press the top of the printer & push up. It should open very easily

You can use any zink zero inc paper in that size Kodak polaroid or zink brand

coming from a 3rd world country (Argentina) where it's really expensive to print a photo (like 3/4usd) this is simply amazing. Recently found your channel, I really like the format. I would suggest maybe using some background music, but other than that really nice videos you have here. keep up the good work

Is anyone else having the same PROBLEMS with the printer👇🏼 so far i have spent so much money buying the photopaper, and if i'm lucky a 1 or 2 photos would print out successfully. The rest i can't even use. - would print a bit/half of the photo and then turn off - turn off completely before the photo can even start printing The printer is fully charged. the app the i'm using is the latest one (i even tried with the older app).

bough one, it never worked. Connected the SNAP to the power cable and let it charge waiting for the white light to appear. it never does. its always flashing red ang green. no matter how many hours or days I ve tried to charge this thing! Bought 5 boxes of printing paper excited to start printing memories what a waste of money
