when i go pole fishing i found a new way of catching then.. if it 1ft deep by the bank make you line a bit longer and the fish dont fell anything and just watch the line tighten up ontop of the surface and by the time the fish fell it it too late and there hooked and away you go

I know you wrote this 2 years ago, so hopefully you’ve got it all figured out now! But I just wanted to say, I have never had a problem using loop to loop, the only time it’s not great is if you’re fishing thin line of 4lb and under as it can cut itself and break too easily. Anything 6lb+ in line weight you will be absolutely set.
