That's mostly likely a Bail Enforcement agent is it out on bonds or running from their tickets you have to bring them back and make sure you collect your bond cuz they're messing with your money you got to collect that money wherever the bond is

So not sure if Polecat checks the comments here but a couple things I know about bounty hunters (friend of mine was a BH for a period). Cops can get your bounties just as much as you can (Them being able to see the active warrants is accurate). They might not get the money or the credit, but they get the person. HOWEVER depending on state, you can request a capture tag from the officers and they will usually give you one, so you get credit for the capture, and get paid.

Oh and if your subject is on a scene, you can ask the officer to detain them for your capture.

yeah if you find a suspect on your bolo list from your bond office and an LEO is on scene it is best just to let the officer deal with the fugitive unless the officer says you may take the said fugitive into custody yourself.

for next fugitive recovery and idea would be to be a Marshall with only 1 goal to catch the fugitives on your list. LEO'S would be at your disposal and red and blues are usable so are pull overs
