Samantha Pereira yes! They are so good! They are not producing bags right now because of the situation in Spain where they manufacture, but they are still shipping what they have and responding to emails.

New subbie here. Really enjoyed your video. I've been interested in reviews on the Polene bag, so that is how I came across your channel. FINALLY, I broke down and ordered the Polene Numero Un Nano after watching many reviews and after much deliberation. It came today (a day earlier than expected). Seeing is believing. As so many have said, the quality is amazing. It's a small bag (smaller than I imagined); however, it holds alot for a mini bag. (You're definitely not having to "shoe horn" things into this bag as you do with some mini bags.) Thanks for the tips about customs, etc. I was able to take advantage of the "sale" (i.e. free shipping) which was nice because I really just wanted to get a feel for the brand. I'll continue to check back to see if you review any more bags from this brand. Hope you and your family are safe and healthy.

I got this in the pink color. Love the bag but it quickly gets very uncomfortable because of the chain and heavy leather. I bought leather strap pads with hopes for comfort.

Anna Veleva yah I can’t wear it with anything sleeveless or really thin tops. But it doesn’t dig in as much as I thought it would when I first tried it. Let me know how the pads go. That’s not a bad idea.

@R V Either one! I think Email will be easier because then they can provide you payment information and all that! The Polene forum at The Purse Blog has at least 5 different people with photos of their leather strap! Just search "strap" in the Polene forum. :)

After wearing it for some time, the strap does not bother me as much as I thought. But it is uncomfortable if you are wearing a tank top. Definitely needs some fabric between the chain and the skin.

Valerie 715 yes I mean you might could get it in there depending on which wallet you have. But the Rosalie would work way better.
