Brilliant to see someone who actually does proper pole work. I am mid 60s now but competed at foxhunter 100 years ago! I always used to do pole work and grids rather than just hurling us over jumps. It was invaluable. I also used a traffic cone to ride round at various paces spiralling in and out as tight as you could get and then large. It helps with leg yield and bend for those tight SJ courses :)

The audio is quite difficult to follow especially when she turns away from the camera. It’s a shame, I think this may have had some good information.
