@@aristo7464 😆🤣 naaa.... the one to have gone to court was the npp and ec per the CI governing the elections because various returning officers had already pronounced ndc pc's so if adokwei Mensah was principled and law abiding, she would've asked npp to do the same thing she told ndc in 2020 over takyiman south collation. I hope u now see why am saying Jane Mensah is the problem?? Now mind you, the ndc had a problem with damango and other pronounced npp pc's and headed towards to the high Court which is the only lawful avenue to seek redress than to hide behind mandamus with an excuse of under duress which only proper court can determine.

He didn't declare himself winner. The legally constituted body, the EC , the same body that declared all the NDC MP's and pronounced Mahama as the winner of the 2024 presidential election. Don't be stupid because things didn't go as you expected.
