I mean Uganda should by now be a decent place to live free of harassment by its government. In Kenya the worst that the police can do to you in most cases is handcuff you if they have reasons to believe you might be troublesome. But here you are, and am talking to you the police force, arresting a man who people respect and is not armed and throw him in the car just like that? Shame on you! Radical surgery like the one that happened to Kenya's judiciary to remove corrupt judicial officers is needed in Uganda to transform the police force into a police service.
