@@ShotByPacky Not anything I'm going to risk. Every state I have talked to has been felony flight. We have street raced in some stupid places decades back. Luckily nothing happened. We also were racing 9 second cars in the early 90s. Now they are 4 second 1/8 mile/7 second quarter mile..I got caught with a 160 mph pass by a Sheriff. We stopped, and got a warning. He said it was jail had we ran. We also go miles outside of town, and can race all night. Now, because all the street takeovers, they have made " street racing " a felony here.

We always used a police scanner back in the street racing days, kept us one step ahead of the cops back before they used ghetto birds and all kinds of other crap. They can be VERY sneaky. Hope you don't get hosed too bad by the towing company and the local courthouse for getting pinched allegedly racing.......!! Might have to lay low for awhile. Been there and done that myself, know what you mean, man! Plead not guilty and see if the cop even shows up in court, have beaten several tickets that way. Yes, aiding and abetting in a speed contest(watching or being there)is also a definite misdemeanor and mandatory court appearance. I looked where the Durango is supposed to have it and under the rubber part there isn’t anything. Not sure if it’s just hellcats but I have not found the neutral button yet. From the supplemental manual info I have it says “TOWING THIS VEHICLE BEHIND ANOTHER VEHICLE NOTE: Recreational towing is not allowed on SRT vehicles”
