Where did the office think Lungu was supposed to be? Is the whereabout of Lungu being determined by the state or Police officers? Let the police stop this nosense they are doing because they are making it look like it's our president who's sending them so let them be professional in their conduct. They are making Lungu more popular than ever, if they continue treating like this people will lebel the new dawn government the same as PF in dealing with opposition and it won't end well with them.
