I couldn’t have said it better myself. People are so quick to judge from their couches at home. Jess and Dustin are generally very courteous when buying/negotiating. I have had a few nerve rattling near misses in my almost 7 decades, both as a school bus driver and regular commuter. I can imagine your shaken state. I am so glad that everyone involved came away unscathed. RIP deer.

Glad that you are ok., Jess . Know how nerve wracking it is. I hit a deer once - actually it hit me, and my husband has hit at least 10. We called the police every time as we had insurance that would 100% cover damage if you hit an animal. The time my car was damaged was after dark, and the policeman took out his flashlight to check for hair and blood residue to verify that the damage was actually caused by hitting a deer .

It was shocking the police called the community, it was the one that no one saw coming. but great finds, I saw The Little Mermaid on VHS, a rare find because the cover has a female character showing her things. that cover was banned from video stores because of this. It's one of my all-time favorites, but many great finds, and Alice In Wonderland, is timeless.

I live in Arkansas and worked for 18 years as a pharmacy technician at a Walmart and had to drive 30 miles each way. On the road I took, the only thing I had to watch out for WAS deer. There usually was not much traffic ( vehicles). It was usually a very pleasant drive. However, one time, a deer DID jump out from the ditch to my left and hit my truck and knocked the rear view mirror off and also dented the back left panel. I was not hurt and never saw what happened to the deer because it ran into the woods on the right of the road. That was just ONE example. There were several more over the course of the 18 years of traveling ( in the bottoms). We live about 5 miles from the Arkansas river. It’s beautiful, but you have to watch out for the wildlife……deer, rabbits, raccoons, armadillos, squirrels, etc.

Do you guys ever run into folks selling craft/scrapbooking supplies? Papercrafting folks go crazy for stuff like stamps, dies, paper, markers, paint, glitter, stickers etc... It's best when folks are getting out of the hobby and selling their entire stash. I would love to see that video.

Poor deer! Glad Jess saw it! We got hit by a deer going 20 under the speed limit on a country road in the dark. Luckily it ran off so I choose to think it was ok, our truck was dented though! We had our camper so we lucked out that it wasn't worse.

My wife n mom hit a deer last summer 2 days after she got a new car from Carvana and the Officer had to put it down in front of em.. traumatic but not as traumatic as destroying a newly bought car 48 hours after purchase! Heres a blu ray bolo..$35+.. Lonesome Dove. Im sure a "picking pro" already knows it but i just figured it out last week n it sold in 48 hours.!
