@@Coumei2009 yes, in the United States, you can film anyone in public. Period. You can post it on your monetized KZbin as a news story, and if it goes viral and you make millions, that's fine. If you use their image on t-shirt, and sell that, then you need permission. But news is not "commercial" and you can make BIG BUCKS as "free press" and it's not "commercial".

I actually don't make many videos on this channel anymore. But I do make diving and fishing videos on my other channel called "kiwi kaimoana". No Snarky on that channel. Actually you should look on this channel in the oldest videos and find the one on dirty toilets in China. It's Snarky talking about dirty toilets.
